We stock and supply coordinated alloys (gold, platinum, palladium-silver blends) paired with natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, and moissanites. Optimized for each cast piece or mount.
Machinery Driving Advanced Manufacturing
Our advanced casting solutions enable one-touch automated vacuum and pressure casting with independent melt and flask chambers, ensuring rapid, bubble-free metal injection and cleaner results. Gold capacity ranges from 1 kg to over 8 kg, with melting and casting cycles as fast as 2 to 3 minutes. These systems offer ±1 °C temperature accuracy, programmable pressure (0.1–0.3 MPa), and optional vibration technology for optimal results on fine, thin jewellery and karat gold. Built with trusted German and Japanese components such as Schneider, Mitsubishi, Omron and Panasonic, the equipment also features safety interlocks and memory-based parameter storage. For intricate work like earrings and custom rings, centrifugal casting uses high-speed rotation to capture fine detail, with select units offering vacuum circuits, programmable RPM and timing, built-in diagnostics and digital controls for consistent repeatability.
